Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Vyratec handles personal information through vyratec.com and related training enquiries. You can contact us with questions about this policy or your information.

Information you give us

Our training enquiry form collects your name, work email, organisation, training interest and the requirements you enter. If you request a callback, we also collect your phone number, preferred callback time and any optional background you provide. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your correspondence.

We use these details to respond, arrange a call, understand your training needs, prepare proposals and manage any resulting business relationship. Sending an enquiry or callback request does not subscribe you to marketing. You can browse without completing a form; required fields help us respond and arrange a suitable time. You can also contact us by email.

Please provide only information you are authorised to share, and leave out sensitive personal information and confidential business material.

Who receives the information

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes requests. Resend delivers enquiry notifications to our business inbox and a private copy to the business operator. Our email providers store and process the resulting correspondence. For callback requests, ClickSend may deliver a private SMS alert to the business operator containing your name, phone number, organisation and request reference. This helps us respond to your request; it does not subscribe you to SMS messages.

We share information with these providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries, and may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell enquiry information.

These services operate internationally. Information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where providers and their service providers operate. Their locations can change. Provider information is available from Cloudflare, Resend and ClickSend. You can contact us about the providers involved in your enquiry.

Website activity and technical information

Our custom measurement system counts page visits, enquiry-button clicks, form starts and successful enquiries. It records approved event and location labels. A successful enquiry also records an email-provider receipt to help identify duplicate delivery attempts. Custom measurement records exclude your form contents, IP address, visitor identifiers and URL query parameters.

Our custom event collection respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Cloudflare Web Analytics separately measures aggregate visits and website performance without analytics cookies or local storage. Cloudflare also processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and request headers, for hosting, security and operations. These infrastructure processes are separate from our custom event records.

Fonts and brand images are served from this website. For more detail about cookies and browser controls, read our cookie notice.

Enquiry security checks

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for that security check. We also use short-lived, keyed hashes of connection and email details to limit repeated requests. These security records are separate from conversion measurement and are not used for advertising.

Form protection stores keyed hashes, timestamps, processing states and email-provider receipt identifiers in Cloudflare D1. It does not store readable form fields or raw IP addresses. Connection attempt records expire after ten minutes; submission metadata is retained for up to seven days to support rate limits and safe retries. Expired records are removed during subsequent enquiry processing. Our forms require JavaScript; you can also contact us directly by email.

Storage, security and retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond, manage a business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Provider logs and measurement records follow the relevant services’ retention settings. To prevent duplicate SMS alerts and limit alert volume, we store an email receipt identifier, delivery state and timestamp separately from your form content. Records older than 30 days are removed during subsequent alert processing.

We use HTTPS, restricted service credentials and access controls to help protect information. We ask you not to send confidential material through the public enquiry form.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. We consider requests alongside records we need to retain and explain any limits that apply.

Privacy concerns and complaints

If you have a privacy concern, please contact us with the details and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the matter and aim to respond within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will let you know.

If you remain dissatisfied, external complaint avenues may be available, including the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or information practices change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
